Spraygrass Hydroseeding produces excellent results on level, recently disturbed soil like construction sites or new housing estates.

In this process, a mixture of water, seed and fertiliser, and sometimes a dye is mixed in a purpose-built truck or trailer mounted tank. The mixture is constantly agitated while the mixture is sprayed on the area to be treated to ensure even distribution of seeds to maximise yield rates.

For best results, Spraygrass recommends a Full Soil Chemistry test to determine if additional ameliorants are required to be added with the Hydroseeding mix or applied separately to the subsoil or topsoil.

This treatment has no erosion control capabilities and for best results, Spraygrass recommends Hydromulch or Strawmulch application after Hydroseeding.
